What is it?
Inkless Rejuvenation (IR) is paramedical tattoo technique that treats a variety of skin damage or irregularity by creating micro-channels in the tissue using a thin needle and specialized serums (peptides, vitamins and growth factors). This stimulates collagen production to improve the texture, depth, and overall appearance of the area.
What concerns can inkless rejuvenation help with?
IR can treat many concerns, including surgical/injury/acne/burn scars, hair loss/regrowth, stretch marks (red purple or white) from pregnancy, weight gain or growth spurts, melanin loss and certain birthmarks. The goal is a more even skin appearance and lasting healing that can boost confidence.
How long does an appointment take?
Timing depends on the size and complexity of the area. Most sessions run 1–3 hours. The number of treatments needed depends on the area being treated and how your body rujuvenates in response to the serum.
Is there downtime?
Very little. You may notice temporary redness or tenderness for a few hours to a couple of days. Following your artist’s aftercare instructions is key to smooth healing.
Does it hurt?
Sensitivity varies, but clients often compare it to a standard tattoo. To keep you comfortable, artists typically apply a topical numbing agent before and during treatment.
How long do results last, and how do I care for them?
Unlike cover-up methods and ink camoflauge, healing is permanent with inkless rejuvenation!
Results will be best if you avoid sunlight, chlorine, sweating and friction for a minimum of 14 days.
